Knight Sky LLC Joins NIC4, Network Innovations Group, Expanding Mission Critical Connectivity Solutions For Global Operations

Sponsorship agreement provides future proof replacement equipment for CKUA's transmitter sites. 

Calgary, Alberta, 9th January, 2024  — Network Innovations Inc. (Network Innovations or NI) and CKUA, an Alberta-based not-for-profit media organization have announced a gift-in-kind sponsorship agreement whereby Network Innovations will provide a variety of satellite communications equipment and installation services to CKUA.

CKUA has known for some time that the satellite it uses for its broadcast operations is at end-of-life, and that its satellite communications equipment would have to be replaced at all transmitter sites. The provisioning of Network Innovations’ equipment provides CKUA and its listeners with future proof satellite communications equipment for many, many years to come.
