Deal Follows Previously Announced Transaction Concerning Infosat Communications Business in Canada
Calgary, Alberta (August 1st, 2025) – Network Innovations, a leading global technology integrator of critical communications and related services, today announced the completion of the second and third closings related to the previously announced acquisition of Infosat Communications from Infosat’s parent company, Telesat (NASDAQ and TSX: TSAT). The closings are effective July 31, 2025.
The initial phase of the transaction, announced on September 3rd, 2024, pertained to the Infosat Communications business in Canada, whereas the second and third closings are related to the business conducted in the United States under Infosat Able Holdings, Inc. The phased closings are due to additional regulatory approvals.
