Calgary, Alberta, March 31st 2025 – Network Innovations (NI or the Company), a global leader in critical communication solutions, has announced changes to its senior leadership team, each effective today, March 31st, 2025.
Chad Gatlin takes on NI Group CFO and COO responsibilities in addition to remaining as the CEO of the company’s US & UK Government focused Business Unit. Chad joined Network Innovations in 2013 as COO of our US subsidiary focused on the US government business portfolio and later ascended to be CEO of the division. Chad has worked in satellite communications and the federal government contracting area for nearly 20 years.
Roly Rigual joins the company as President of Network Innovations US & UK Government. He has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, focusing on sales and strategic solutions. Before joining Network Innovations, Roly held executive leadership roles at Comtech Communications and iDirect Government, where he played a key role in scaling revenue growth and developing innovative sales strategies.
Frank Czulo becomes President of a new Business Unit, Network Innovations Canada. Frank joined Network Innovations in 2011 and started by leading a team which delivered prime contract satellite services to government customers as well as other ISAF coalition entities and SOF task forces. Prior to this appointment, Frank headed up the company’s Advanced Networks division.
Richard Anderson has been promoted to Senior VP, Operations for NI Group and Network Innovations US & UK Government. Richard joined Network Innovations US Government in 2018 and has spent 20 years in the telecommunications industry including 10 plus years’ military experience with the US Army and Army National Guard. Previously, Richard served as VP, Operations of Network Innovations U.S. Government.
Todd Lizambri takes on the expanded role of VP of Software and Hardware Engineering for NI Group and NI US & UK Government. Todd joined NI in 2019 and has been responsible for leading the software architecture and solutions for Network Innovation's role in the US Space Force Enterprise Management and Control software as well as delivering software solutions to maintain the company’s world-class Satellite Service solutions.
