Deal Looks to Expand Customer Footprint in Maritime Sector and Beyond
Calgary, Canada and Miami, Florida, July 2, 2024 – Network Innovations, a leading global provider of critical communications and services, today announced the acquisition of the majority of Atlantic Radio Telephone (ART) assets including its maritime services business and contracts associated with the SatPhoneStore, a service dedicated to the growing need for satellite communications. The company brands, themselves, (Atlantic Radio Telephone, Atlanticrt.com and SatPhoneStore.com) and any related assets are also a part of the acquisition. The purchase closed yesterday, July 1st, 2024.
With this strategic purchase, Network Innovations looks to build on the almost 50-year record that Atlantic Radio Telephone has established as a satellite communications and marine services provider – collaborating to address the unique needs of maritime clients.
